Best Easy Steam Chicken Recipe

The first step is to salt the chicken, then stuff the inside of the chicken with this mixture and flatten (it is possible to do this operation the old one so that the stuffing perfumes well the chickens).
The next step is to tie your chicken, so it is nice and tight. Use kitchen twine to tie the legs together.
Prepare the vegetables on sticks and add the green beans. Put them in your steamer .

Now it’s time to steam your chicken, Put the chicken with rosemary in your steamer and place it in a high position. Close and cook 25min from the whisper of the appliance.
Take a little cooking stock, add the cream and the foie gras and butter previously mixed.
The incorporation must be done by boiling. Check the seasoning and stop sauce. Take some butter and a little honey and marinate the chicken, then put it in the oven.
Arrange chicken on serving dish surrounded by garnish vegetables. Present the sauce in a gravy boat.
Storage
Leftovers will last up to 4 days stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. To reheat, microwave for 2-3 minutes or re-steam on medium heat until warm.
Freezer-friendly? Cooked Chinese steamed chicken can be frozen for up to 3 months. Just let it cool down and store it in a freezer-safe bag with the sauce. To reheat, thaw it and reheat in the microwave or re-steam until hot.
