How to make Moist french Apple Cake?


Preheat the oven to (175 degrees C). Lightly grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan. Begin by combining the flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar vanilla together using an electric mixer on high speed until the mixture becomes light in color, about 10 to 15 minutes. 

Gradually add the oil and milk . mix until well combined. Stir in the flour mixture, then add the vanilla . Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan. Gently fold in the apples.

In a small bowl, combine 4 teaspoons of sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, then sprinkle the mixture over the cake.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
